His son, Larry Minnick and his 3 sons Rob, Rusty & Randy own and operate the company today. With over 50 years of experience, we have provided exceptional service to a wide variety of clients. Minnick’s expertise in designing and installing mechanical systems has been applied by homeowners, builders and architects because our designs to ensure optimum performance while being integrated with other key building systems. Minnick’s has opened a sister company in late 2006 called RM Mechanical Design, LLC to handle all of the design criteria. Opening this company enables Minnick’s to concentrate more on the install application.

Minnick’s Inc & RM Mechanical are firm’s specializing in mechanical HVAC designing and installing of HVAC systems. This comprehensive service base can be offered as a complete package of services ensuring maximum communication between critical design disciplines or customized, offering one or more disciplines to meet the client’s needs. Minnick’s & RM Mechanical will perform feasibility studies, building and system evaluations, prepares master plans and produces detailed design and construction drawings for a wide variety of clients and facilities. Designs have been performed as part of traditional "design-bid" services as well as "design-build" and fast-track projects. Construction administration services are performed by experienced professionals ensuring that the client receives a quality project from inception through the construction phase.
