We love that we can look you in the eye and testify to how what we do will improve your energy efficiency and comfort. To that point, we just did a home energy audit, air sealed and insulated at one of our staff’s home and here’s what they learned

Our existing, older Heat Pump system was not keeping up with our Cooling and Heating. We thought our system needed to be replaced. Minnick’s not only was able to service our existing system, but noted that the issues where more related to Air Leakage, Duct Leakage, and lack of Attic Insulation. The professionalism of the onsite technicians was something we’ve never seen from any contractor…they were polite, knowledgeable and treated our residence like a home, not a construction site. My heat pump had failed. Inside, the coils had gotten dirty and moldy. I was afraid you wouldn’t even work on my moldy, old furnace! I was so pleased that you did. Until that Friday afternoon, Minnicks came to the rescue and installed a complete new system. They have been doing our work in the past and came out Friday morning on a no cooling service call, the tech was pleasant, as they always are, check the system and condemned it and that it would be a better investment to replace than repair.
